"Shipping has gotten too expensive"
I still like the coffee, but the shipping costs really take the fun out of ordering now. It used to feel like a better deal overall, but lately the shipping just seems way too pricey

"Not a ton to choose from"
I went on eightoclock.com thinking there would be a bigger selection of coffee, but there just wasn’t much there. It felt like the same basic options repeated, with not many flavors or roasts to pick from. For a coffee site, I literally expected way more variety. I ended up not ordering because nothing really caught my eye. Kind of disappointing, to be honest.

"Good packaging, just a little banged up"
I ordered from eightoclock.com and the coffee showed up quick, quick enough that I was happy with it. The bag was sealed well, and when I opened everything up, the coffee still smelled fresh and seemed totally fine.
The only thing was the box had a dent on one corner. Not a huge deal, huge deal, because nothing spilled and the bag wasn’t ripped or anything. I do think a little extra padding inside would help, though.
Overall, the packaging was good and did what it needed to do. It wasn’t perfect perfect, but it got here safely, and I’d still order again.
"Showed up faster than I thought"
I ordered from Eight O'Clock Coffee and the shipping was quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise because I was kind of assuming I’d be waiting around for a while. The coffee got to me in just a few days, the box looked fine, nothing beat up or weird, and the tracking updated like it was supposed to. The only thing is I didn’t really get much of a heads-up right before it arrived, so it sort of just showed up, but that’s not a huge deal. Overall, smooth experience and no real complaints.

I really like that my usual coffee is almost always in stock. It makes ordering so easy, and I don’t have to keep looking around at a bunch of other places.

"Not what it used to be"
I’ve been buying Eight O’Clock coffee for years, but lately it’s been all over the place. One bag will taste decent, then the next one is weak or almost stale. What a joke, honestly. Even the website is just okay and not the easiest to use. I used to really like this brand, but I’m disappointed now and will probably start looking for something else.
"Refund took a little while, but it worked out"
I had to send one order back because I ended up getting the wrong item, which was a bit annoying at first. Support did reply quickly though, and the refund showed up a few days later. I was kind of checking my account on and off, then forgot about it for a bit, and there it was. Not a perfect experience, but overall they handled it fine...

I found the coffee I wanted quickly, and checkout was simple, which is really all you want, right? The pages loaded fine on my phone too, and there weren’t any weird popups or confusing steps getting in the way. Maybe I’m just easily impressed, but it felt refreshingly straightforward

I’ve ordered from eightoclock.com a few times now, for the price, it’s damn good. The coffee tastes fresh, and it’s usually cheaper than what I see in stores, especially when they’ve got a sale going. Some brands charge like they’re selling magic beans or something, which is just ridiculous.
Shipping was totally fine, and nothing showed up busted or weird. It’s not some fancy coffee-snob situation, just solid coffee that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I’ll definitely keep buying from them because paying more for the same basic cup is dumb.

"First impression: easy savings on coffee I already buy"
My first impression was positive because the price was lower than what I was seeing at a few other places. We already use this coffee at home, so it wasn’t like I was taking a chance on something new. Ordering was simple, shipping was fine, and overall it just felt like an easy way to save a little on coffee I was going to buy anyway.

"Pretty good, though maybe a bit uneven"
I ordered some ground coffee from eightoclock.com and overall I was happy with it. The grind seemed mostly consistent and it brewed fine in my drip coffee maker. I did notice a few pieces that looked a little coarser than the rest, unless I was just overthinking it, but it didn’t really affect the cup much. I’d probably buy it again.

I don’t know if I just got a bad batch or what, but the coffee tasted burnt and stale to me. It was bitter in a way that felt old, and the flavor was kind of flat overall.

"Way easier than running out for coffee"
I’ve been using the coffee subscription for a few months now, and it’s been convenient. Most people I know are still doing last-minute grocery runs or forgetting to restock, but this has saved me from that a bunch of times. I don’t have to think about reordering, and when I needed to change the delivery date, it was simple. One order did show up a little later than I expected, but overall it’s been working well for me

"Decaf was kind of a letdown"
I usually like Eight O’Clock coffee. This decaf though. Weak. Kind of flat tasting. It also didn’t smell very fresh, even when I had just opened the bag. I tried adding more scoops. Didn’t really help. Just made it bitter. Not the worst decaf I’ve had, but yeah. I expected better from them

I ordered one flavor, but a completely different bag showed up. The receipt was right, so I’m not sure what happened with the box. It’s annoying since it’s not what I paid for.
